SEE THE BEAUTY EVERYWHERE

And you say this world is filled with too much ugliness of an overpopulated planet. Well I must agree that we humans have sure messd up a lot of our planet's beauty in our quest for its raw materials and things we believe we must have in order to live a good life. Understandably there is much we need to do to once again restore our beautiful planet to its original state as much as possible.
But even among all this one must surely see all the beauty that is surropunding us everywhere we look.Even when we look at a natural disaster we can still see the beauty inherent. Here in Kentucky we just experienced the worst ice storm in over a hundred years. It totally shut down everything for weeks. No electricity phone servixce etc for many of us for well over 2 weeks. But in the throes of this agony I must admit that the ice that was clingling toevery tree bush power line etc was absolute breath taking.Such a wonder to look at even while we were suffering. One of the most beautiful things of the ice storm was how most folks came together and worked as one to help each other ouot in these trying times. Of course there were those selfish people who tried to take advantage of the storm to overcharge folks on the cleanup but all in all they were few compared to the many who worked unselfishly thru it all.
I think we must all begin to look at the planet as a living breathing entity that we need to take beter care of so our future generations will have some of the beauty left. And when we are experiencing "storms"in our personel lives may we all remember to look within and see the beauty even in the eye of the storm. I leave you with the following quotes.
Dear God. please reveal to us your sublime beauty that is everywhere, everywhere, so that we will never again feel frightened.
St. Francis of Assisi

Through my eyes, God sees the perfection of HIs Kingdom. I too, see perfection in all creation....the beauty of the Omnipresent God.
